- Homemade wrap (1 tablespoon goats cheese, handful of spinach leaves, 3 slices of qourn chicken, topped with 30g of salsa on Mediterranean tortilla bread)
- 10 walnuts
- Cucumber slices (60g)
- Red pepper sticks (100g)
- A babybel (Stolen from my toddlers snacks)

I stuck to a healthy porridge for breakfast although wanted my usual toast SO SO bad. Although I was naughty and had a mcflurry in the afternoon as it was just so hot! Ah well, small baby steps..
